Antonetta came to us in February after a fall at home, struggling with pain and limited mobility. With the support of our rehab team, she has made amazing progress! Antonetta now walks with a walker 🚶‍♀️, manages her daily activities independently, and enjoys community activities.

We’re proud of her strength 💪 and positive attitude. Antonetta, we wish you continued success as you head home! 🏡

✨ Success Story: Mr. B’s Journey Home 🏡

Mr. B came to @civita.westriver after an extended hospitalization, initially requiring two-person assistance for transfers and all activities of daily living (ADLs). His ultimate goal was to return home with his wife.

Through dedication and hard work in therapy, despite a hospital stay in between, he made remarkable progress. Now, for the first time since May, he is finally going home with his wife. He can walk 60 feet with supervision using a rolling walker, perform bed mobility independently, and requires only minimal assistance for ADLs.

We are so proud of Mr. B’s incredible determination 🎉 and wish him all the best as he continues his journey at home! 🙌💙
